As part of the long-term rehabilitation of this perennial Hyde Park residence building, DIS was called upon to complete masonry and terra cotta repairs on the south elevation. Although the project included repainting and caulking of the windows, the majority of the work included parapet wall rebuilding, masonry reconstruction and extensive terra cotta restoration. Shelf angle replacement was also completed in order to assure the proper installation of the replacement terra cotta pieces.
