Assignment: Concrete Restoration
Duration: 2 years (1998-1999)
Project Value: $620,000.00
This project consisted of four buildings, three of which needed concrete repairs as a major component of the restoration work. Slab edges and columns all needed concrete repairs for spalls and delamination, but in some cases as special compound was used to seal and bridge over cracks prior to painting. This method significantly reduces the cost of repair work and increases the life of the concrete coating.
