Northwestern University’s Ward Building has completed a five year façade rehabilitation with DIS. Work included removal and replacement of deteriorated or damaged limestone blocks to match the existing pieces in size and appearance. Also included was complete tuck pointing of all mortar joints, routing and sealing of limestone, replacement of steel shelf angles, repair of full depth limestone dutchman, repair of concrete behind limestone, and cleaning of the limestone facade.
