Northwestern University’s Ward Building finished the second year of the five year façade rehabilitation. Work includes removal/replacement of deteriorated or damaged limestone blocks to match the existing pieces in size and appearance. Also included is complete tuck pointing of all mortar joints, routing and sealing of limestone, replacement of steel shelf angles,repair of full depth limestone dutchman, repair of concrete behind limestone, and cleaning of the limestone facade.
