This historic landmark building was in need of terra cotta resetting and replacement. Initially starting with a full building survey and removal of loose pieces, DIS proceeded to complete a full restoration project phased over numerous years. Terra cotta was replaced with GFRC, water table roofs were replaced and a complete tuckpointing/caulking program was instituted.
