Restoration of this historic Wacker Drive property was value engineered to expedite the schedule and reduce the overall cost to ownership. This project included all elements of masonry restoration to be carefully coordinated to reduce the impact on the building’s operations. Careful restoration/replacement of terra cotta, limestone, precast concrete, brick masonry, and steel were critical to the success of this technically demanding project.
