DIS was pleased to revisit this property after completing a comprehensive concrete repair program on it over 25 years ago. We were pleased to discover that the concrete patches and repairs completed previously were still in place and holding securely. This repair program called for 100% replacement of all window sealants and various repairs to the balconies. Once completed, DIS installed a new pedestrian grade waterproof coating to all balconies on the building. This is a great example of how DIS craftsmanship stand the test of time.
