Over the years, Design Installation Systems has had the opportunity to complete a myriad of unique and challenging 'special projects'. While these projects are diverse, the same management techniques used in exterior restoration work serve well when undertaking these unique assignments.
General contracting projects undertaken in the past include additions to retail buildings, shopping center face-lifts for redevelopment, tenant development, penthouse wall removal/replacement, steel staircase replacement, and boiler stack replacement.
